This is a collection of the clothing items Eric was known to have worn. It is presented as a style guide but is only done to the best of my ability and some items may be missing or best guesses. If you have anything you think should be added here please CONTACT ME.
Perhaps the most iconic item of Erics apparel. This was a custom made shirt sporting the words "Natural Selection" on the front. The coloring was black on white and it was made at Customized Teez along with Dylans wrath shirt. I wish we knew the font Eric choose but i have never seen any verified information. These can be bought in many places online including Amazon and eBay as seen HERE.
This can be seen in the "Hitmen for Hire" video. Eric can be seen wearing it throughout the video. While we do not see it again on any videos that we have, I would have to imagine Eric wore it often as an outer jacket. They can be seen HERE.
Another iconic Eric apparel item. While commonly misidentified as a trench coat, Eric actually wore his Stockman's Oilskin Duster on many occasions. It included shoulder "storm flaps". Eric started off wearing the duster on 4.20.99 but quickly discarded it before he even got inside the school when he realized it hampered weapon maneuverability and movement.
Eric wore his trademark sunglasses often. They can be seen in a variety of his videos and still pictures of him. It is difficult to pin down exactly what make and model but I think they most resemble the Ray-Ban RB3547 with reflective lenses and silver frames. In 97/98 the model number was different. The modern equivalent can be seen HERE. He probably also had a pair of classic aviators but it can be difficult to tell in some shots what exactly he is wearing.
Eric wears these on multiple occasions, specifically during the attack on 4.20.99. The simple black color represents Eric but they are also practical. The extra pocket space allowed him to carry more items. He may have had multiple pairs. They can be purchased HERE.
Eric can be seen wearing this shirt in his sophmore school photo. The shirt is a 1998 band logo tee made by Blue Grape for Rammstein. These shirts actually seem to be pretty rare these days and you don't see them come up for sale very often. An identical one can be seen HERE.
This was a Pro-Line Denver Broncos sweatshirt produced by Nike. It features most prominently in the "Rampart Range" video. My guess would be that it was a little chilly that day and he grabbed this sweatshirt to stay warm... maybe even covering up his custom "Reb/TIER" shirt. There are a bunch of similar ones available but this specific vintage design and make are rare and usually get snapped up quick when they come on the market. One can be seen HERE.
The only reason we know that Eric wore these is because the doctor doing his autopsy specifically mentions them. I would have to imagine he liked them and they were comfortable or he would not have chose to wear them on such an important day. They can be seen HERE.
Eric wears this t-shirt in the "Radioactive Clothing" video. As far as I know we do not see him wear it again. Sometimes they can be found on eBay.
We see Eric wear this hat on multiple occasions. It starts as a standard black hat with the letters KMFDM emblazoned on the front. At some point he adds a large German iron cross tro the back section. It can be seen well in some frames of the Rampart Range Video. I think this was a total custom hat as I can't find something that matches exactly. You can sometimes find reproductions such as THIS.
Eric is seen wearing this shirt during his senior portraits. My guess is that this was a compromise with his Mom for a shirt that looked nice enough for senior photos but also sort of represented Eric for who he was. They can be found HERE.
This was a custom t-shirt made by Eric himself. He either made it at his house or had it custom made at Customized Teez at the Southwest Plaza Mall. My guess is that he had it made at the mall because he later went on to have his famous "Natural Selection" shirt made there. This shirt has Eric's nickname "REB" on the front and the name of his doom level "TIER on the back. Red on Black. Obviously if you want one of these you would have to have it custom made.
A shirt for the 1997 KMFDM tour schedule for the release of their album Symbols which included one of Eric's favorite songs, Stray Bullet. He wore this shirt during the "Eric Inside Columbine" video. They are tough to find nowadays, mostly because of their association with Eric, but they can occasionally be found on eBay.
Eric can be seen wearing this hat during the "Hitmen for Hire" video. My guess is that he choose it specifically for the film. I would think he would normally wear hats that had some sort of writing or represented something. If you want a similar (not exactly the same strap) one you can find one HERE.
Eric wears this shirt in a whole bunch of pictures we have of him including his senior photos. He also wore it over his Natural Selection shirt on the morning of 4.20.99. A similar shirt can be found HERE.
Eric wears this shirt and hat during the "Radioactive Clothing" video project. My guess would be that his Dad or older brother helped out at the festival and got the crew shirt and hat. They don't come up for sale very often but for some reason (maybe because of Eric) some sites sell reproductions like HERE.
The only time we see Eric wearing this specific shirt is in the yearbook photo where he is sitting in the cafeteria. It is probably made of heavier cotton similarly to #1. A similar shirt can be found HERE.
Eric wore these on the day of the attack. It allowed him to attach a variety of other ammo pouches and materias to his kit. It is very difficult to tell if they are the LC2 or LC1 model and sometimes they even look like a combo of both. Similar ones can be found HERE.
Eric wore these boot son 4.20.99 and they seem to be a rare variant with the white Magnum logo on the bottom as opposed to the red. It is very difficult to find these exact ones nowadays but the Magnum company is still in business tho I think the most similar boot is made by Danner HERE.
Still working on this section. More to come maybe...
